119 PeakPASI Predict: Usefulness of an additional score (highest measured Psoriasis Area and Severity Index) in psoriasis care?

The “Psoriasis Area and Severity Index (PASI)” is commonly used to measure the severity of psoriasis at a specific point in time. This score does not consider patient history, leaving possible gap satisfaction patients regarding their care. cross-sectional study aimed test if PeakPASI, highest PASI ever measured, beneficial additional tool assess long-term burden, variations treatments comorbidities patients. Psoriasis treated university hospital between 01/2019 07/2020 received questionnaire. Additional information on clinical scores, therapies, was collected from patients’ files. data 316 (53.0±15.5 years, 40.5% women) analyzed. mean 3.8±4.9 PeakPASI 13.1±9.7. average number 2.7±1.8.
